Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Kerbside Management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing profitable work streams with local authority clients and a solid understanding of changes and innovation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to secure new opportunities in the public and private sectors.
- Lead and mentor direct reports and teams of consultants to support project delivery.
- Ensure that staff are provided with the appropriate information technology and training to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Manage programmes of work and deliver expert technical support, input, and services in the delivery of kerbside management projects.
- Provide commercial management, project programming, resource management, risk assessment, quality checking, and delivery management.
- Proactively recruit and develop quality resources and assist in the management of resources and service delivery cross-regionally.
- Support regional financial performance through management of key accounts, debt management, project oversight, staff resourcing, resource scheduling, and pipeline analysis.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in kerbside management design and implementation.
- Develop and support staff through effective mentoring and training.
- Manage financial resources for significant project and programme values.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in parking and kerbside management.
- Proven track record of developing profitable work streams with local authority clients.
- Solid understanding of changes and innovation within the industry.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong commercial management and financial skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
