We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Kerbside Management team at Marston Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authority clients to secure profitable work streams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in kerbside management, ensuring our services remain competitive and effective.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives, meeting quality, financial, and client satisfaction targets.
- Lead and mentor direct reports and teams of consultants to support project delivery and staff development.
- Manage programmes of work, delivering expert technical support and services in kerbside management projects, including highway and public realm design schemes.
- Provide commercial management, project programming, resource management, risk assessment, quality checking, and delivery management.
- Recruit and develop quality resources, assisting in the management of resources and service delivery cross-regionally.
- Support regional financial performance through management of key accounts, debt management, project oversight, staff resourcing, and pipeline analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in kerbside management design and implementation, as well as financial management for significant project and programme values.
- Develop and support staff through effective mentoring and training.
- 10+ years' experience in parking and kerbside management, with a proven track record of developing profitable work streams.
- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in kerbside management design and implementation.
- Experience in writing and reviewing technical reports, and conveying key messages in a simple and clear manner.
- Highly effective mentoring and training skills to develop and support staff.
- Knowledge and experience of financial management for significant project and programme values.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time, 37 hours per week.
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Private health care.
