Job Description

**Revenue Analyst - Commercial Role**

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join their team in West Sussex. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing sales and pricing data to ensure competitiveness and achieve profitability targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct in-depth sales analysis to inform pricing decisions and optimise the online booking platform.
  • Analyse competitor pricing to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Respond to price match and pricing queries, reviewing contracts and applying calculations.
  • Analyse booking patterns to support commercial decisions in pricing holidays.
  • Support in identifying system errors, user testing, and implementation of projects as requested.
  • Loading of costings into the reservation system.
  • Support with testing external data feeds into the reservation system.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a yield, pricing, revenue management, or commercial role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing approach.
  • Ability to learn new procedures and business disciplines.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and achieve set objectives and targets.

**Benefits:**

  • Salary £25k to £29k depending on experience.
