About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our Digital team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class digital offering for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital initiatives to drive business growth and improve the ROI of our Salesforce platform.
  • Oversee the website's visual appeal, user experience, and conversion rates, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve site performance, including site search, merchandising, and tooling management.
  • Manage the eCommerce roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic outcomes and customer needs.
  • Attend Digital trade meetings to contribute actionable insights on site performance and drive site metrics improvements.
  • Support the Digital Content team with campaign activity insights to maximize trading opportunities.
  • Carry out regular site walks to identify site errors and bugs, working with dev and content teams to make timely fixes.
  • Set up promotions and voucher code management, ensuring a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the Salesforce account manager and work with the UX team to suggest potential tests and champion improvements into live.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and a full understanding of the eCommerce and digital ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management skills, including execution and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work with the SEO team on taxonomy and navigation, and support the blog content creation process.
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolving demands and circumstances.
