About the Role

SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join a dynamic business based in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's e-commerce function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop the marketing and e-commerce team to ensure they are highly motivated and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the management and development of the marketing function, ensuring all campaigns are 'on brand' and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the website remains 'on brand', fit for purpose, and aligned with competitors considered 'best in class.'
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy, including content and posting schedules, to drive traffic to the website and attract new customers.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure all expenditures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new target markets and develop business cases to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage and roll out showroom campaigns with showroom managers and ensure all campaigns are effectively translated across online channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring all expenditures are aligned with business objectives.
