About the Role

SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join a dynamic business based in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's e-commerce function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop the marketing and e-commerce team to ensure they are highly motivated and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the management and development of the marketing function, ensuring all campaigns are 'on brand' and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the website remains 'on brand', fit for purpose, and aligned with competitors considered 'best in class.'
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to identify and acquire customers, drive traffic to the website, and increase visibility.
  • Manage the marketing and e-commerce budget, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Liaise with external marketing management companies to ensure strategies are implemented effectively.
  • Manage showroom campaigns, POS updates, and ensure all campaigns are effectively translated across online channels.
  • Review each marketing campaign to assess its success and understand what can be learned for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
