About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly and award-winning team as a Laundry Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality services function, you will support the Head Housekeeper in providing a high-quality laundering service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all laundering duties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Understand and follow wash guide instructions, laundering requirements of various textiles, and properties of cleaning materials.
  • Practice safe systems of work, particularly moving and handling loads, to ensure personal safety and the safety of residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Contribute fully to teamwork, respond positively to colleagues, and promptly act on all reasonable work instructions.
