We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team at Charles Taylor. As a Claims Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions, ensuring that valid claims are paid quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic support to customers, understanding their needs and resolving disputes in a timely manner
- Accurately record information and maintain accurate records
- Confidently make outbound calls to customers and colleagues
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure with good attention to detail
- Proficient in written communication and IT skills, including Excel and data input
- Customer service experience is helpful but not essential
- A competitive salary of £24,380 per annum
