Claims Support Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team at Charles Taylor. As a Claims Support Advisor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions and ensuring that valid claims are paid quickly, without unnecessary delay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs
- Resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed
- Accurately recording the information
- Confidently making outbound calls
Requirements:
- Highly organized under pressure with good attention to detail
- Proficient in written communication
- Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and inputting data accurately and efficiently
