Job Title: Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our vulnerability scanning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and respond to customer support queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our technical, commercial, and delivery teams to provide comprehensive support for our products and services.
  • Provide insight and guidance to customers on detected vulnerabilities and associated threats and risks.
  • Assist customers in leveraging our vulnerability scanning platform for maximal value.
  • Proactively develop, update, and maintain customer knowledgebase and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Sound understanding of internet operation, the Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP), and HTTP protocol.
  • Experience providing direct client-facing application support.
  • Experience with a support ticket system (e.g., ZenDesk, JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Scripting or basic coding skills (any language).
  • Desirable: experience in scripting and Linux command line, Unix/Linux OS commands/file systems, and shell scripting, REST APIs.
