Team Leader - Northampton

Key responsibilities for this role may include:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are received and stored correctly and promptly
  • Leading a team and fostering a positive environment where everyone feels valued and supported
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Creating weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring team proactivity
  • Adhering to Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
