Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our young people
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with our clinical and education teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and education services
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in children's residential care
  • Relevant level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins
