Wellbeing Practitioner

Job Summary
Catch22 is seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in the Thames Valley area. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting adult male ex-offenders across various pathways, including Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing Services, and Social Inclusion.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to support service users in managing their emotions and designing skills training to foster self-confidence.
- Support service users in increasing their capacity to undertake daily living activities and advocate for them in conjunction with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment and other professionals/services.
- Contribute to the achievement of our Justice Business Plan objectives, innovating, revitalizing, and reforming the delivery of Justice Services.
Key Requirements
- Driving License and access to a vehicle.
- Good basic education, including Maths and English GCSE, or equivalent.
- Evidence of continual professional development.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
Desirable Qualifications
- Qualifications relevant to rehabilitation of offenders, such as criminology, criminal justice, social care, mental health, IAG, Family Services, Emotional Wellbeing, or Social Inclusion.
