Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Practitioner, your duties will include conducting screening calls, delivering low-intensity interventions, providing line management and case management supervision, ensuring the quality of interventions, staying informed on clinical and policy updates, and contributing to the advancement of services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Academic/Professional Qualifications:
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatments
- PWP Registration with BPS or BABCP
- Completion of IAPT Supervisor Training
Experience:
- Post-qualification experience as a PWP within an IAPT service
- Experience in mentoring and managing safeguarding issues
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of the IAPT program and associated KPIs
Skills and Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to deliver Low Intensity interventions and effectively utilize IAPT databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Reflective and dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between various sites and attend necessary meetings
- Flexible working hours
