This is an exciting opportunity to become a Wellbeing Practitioner at our Personal Wellbeing service, covering the Thames Valley area. Commissioned by HMPPS, these services are focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders across various pathways.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and design skills training to foster self-confidence.
  • Support service users to increase capacity to undertake daily living activities and advocate for service users in conjunction with multi-agency partners.
  • Support the team in achieving Justice Business Plan objectives.

This role involves working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, the Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services.
