Job Description

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support adult male ex-offenders across the Thames Valley area. Our Personal Wellbeing service is commissioned by HMPPS and focuses on delivering targeted interventions to address the needs of service users.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver skills training to foster self-confidence and emotional resilience in service users.
  • Support service users to increase their capacity to undertake daily activities and advocate for them in conjunction with multi-agency partners.
  • Contribute to the achievement of our Justice Business Plan objectives by innovating, revitalising, and reforming the delivery of Justice Services.

This role will involve working closely with delivery partners, HMPPS, the Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services and achieve the required outputs and outcomes.
