Job Title: Wellbeing Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wellbeing Practitioner at Catch22's Personal Wellbeing service, covering the Thames Valley area. Our service is commissioned by HMPPS and focuses on supporting adult male ex-offenders across various pathways.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support service users to develop strategies to manage their emotions and design and deliver skills training to foster self-confidence.
  • Support service users to increase their capacity to undertake daily activities and advocate for them in conjunction with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment and other professionals/services.
  • Contribute to achieving our Justice Business Plan objectives by innovating, revitalising, and reforming the delivery of Justice Services.

This role involves working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, the Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services and achieve the required outputs and outcomes.
