About the Role

Your mental health and wellbeing are paramount to us. We pride ourselves on having a distinguished wellbeing team that fosters a supportive, collaborative, and productive environment.

Support and Development

We provide comprehensive supervision from experienced supervisors and managers, alongside ongoing professional development opportunities, including external training sessions. Our service comprises approximately 200 dedicated staff members, including Psychological Therapists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, along with professionals from our partner organizations.

Supervision and Compliance

A dedicated team of clinical supervisors and managers is in place to ensure that our staff can deliver services effectively and safely. Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners are required to adhere to national registration standards, which include maintaining registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Role Responsibilities

In this position, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting screening calls and providing low-intensity interventions.
  • Offering line management and case management supervision to both trainee and qualified PWPs.
  • Ensuring the quality of interventions aligns with evidence-based practices.
  • Staying informed about clinical and policy updates and supporting colleagues in doing the same.
  • Contributing to the overall development of the service.
