Founded in 2023, Taylored Consultancy has rapidly expanded and is currently in search of a Regulatory Affairs expert to enhance our growing team. We partner with a diverse array of businesses, from innovative start-ups to established multi-nationals, providing a strategic and commercially-focused approach to Regulatory Affairs consulting.

This role offers the chance to provide guidance across various classifications, including dietary supplements, personal care products, and medical devices, all within a vibrant and engaging work environment that fosters professional development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting prospect meetings and onboarding new clients
  • Participating in client meetings, both virtually and in-person as required
  • Developing regulatory strategies for international markets
  • Creating, maintaining, and performing gap assessments on technical documentation and product information files (PIF)
  • Reviewing labels for dietary supplements, personal care products, and medical devices
  • Managing product registrations and notifications for relevant categories
  • Preparing documentation for UK responsible person and EC Authorised Representative
  • Coordinating with Notified/Approved Bodies and Competent Authorities
  • Attending industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device or personal care industry (experience in both is a plus)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and growth: We seek a motivated individual eager to enhance their skills and contribute to team success
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
  • A commercial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline

Preferred:

  • Experience with dietary supplements
  • Familiarity with US FDA regulations
  • Background in quality assurance
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in regulatory affairs
