Main Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be an integral part of a proactive team dedicated to delivering high-quality services. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior case manager overseeing the management of healthcare professionals facing challenges and/or applications to the regulatory list.
  • Provide expert oversight in addressing concerns regarding the professional standards of primary care providers.
  • Assist teams in ensuring that a portfolio of tasks and projects is effectively planned, managed, and executed.
  • Act as a vital team member, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder engagement both internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements while balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building quality relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Performers List and Responsible Officer Regulations.
  • A collaborative approach to work, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with strong IT capabilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and meet statutory deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Experience in evaluating and measuring the performance of healthcare services or professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Analytical skills to interpret intricate information, foresee potential issues, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively in a changing environment.
