About the Role

At Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS), we are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our UK Offshore Fishing and Remedial Field team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the scope of work in accordance with operations documentation, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Liaise with the customer's field management team to address operational matters, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Verify that pre-made assemblies are accurately marked in accordance with inspection and test status markers and BHA Connection Makeup Torque Procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain detailed job logs as required, providing a clear record of activities and outcomes.
  • Report operational status and performance issues to the base operations manager or supervisor, facilitating prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Perform service tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure access to relevant pre-job supporting documentation, promoting transparency and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fishing and general interventions, with a strong understanding of drilling operations.
  • Technical or engineering degree or relevant field experience, with a solid foundation in drilling principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
