**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Well Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our simulation development team, you will be responsible for communicating drilling knowledge to software developers and QA engineers, working closely with software and product design teams to define simulation development requirements, and managing regular team meetings for project management, technical support, and content development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Communicate drilling knowledge to software developers and QA engineers
  • Work closely with software and product design teams to define simulation development requirements
  • Manage regular team meetings for project management, technical support, and content development
  • Control and test changes and new features
  • Develop and control new content
  • Conduct factory and site commissioning, including factory testing and user acceptance testing
  • Drive and implement new learning content
  • Own rig visits, use of external SME contractors, and customer communication regarding simulation issues, training in drilling and well control, and improvement

**Requirements**

  • Strong knowledge of drilling and well control principles
  • Experience with Cyberbase and offshore drilling operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills in all forms, including email, telephone, and presentation
