Drilling and Well Control Manager

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Well Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Drilling Systems Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drilling Operations Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Drilling Systems Team, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to the team, ensuring that all drilling operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Product Development: Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure that new features and technologies are aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of drilling professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Travel and Representation: Represent Atlas Professionals at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services to key stakeholders.
- Proven Drilling Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with a strong understanding of drilling systems and technologies.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in drilling operations, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
