Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Technical Officer to join our team at University Hospital Ayr. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients undergoing cardiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide investigative diagnostic services to assess the functioning of the cardiovascular system
- Operate and maintain equipment, including 12 Lead ECG machines and spirometers
- Collect and analyze data to support clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Experience working in a caring environment, with a basic understanding of ECG principles
- Knowledge and experience in clinical physiology, with a focus on cardiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
