Senior Pharmacist – PICU/NICU | Renowned Private Hospital

We are seeking an experienced paediatric pharmacist or intensive/critical care pharmacist to join our team as a senior pharmacist in PICU/NICU at a world-renowned private hospital in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable pharmacist to lead the pharmacy service, working effectively within a team to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a great deal of experience within either paediatric or intensive care wards within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pharmacy service in PICU/NICU, ensuring the needs of the service are met and aligned with hospital standards.
  • Work effectively within a multi-disciplined team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and frameworks within clinical settings.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • At least 12 months experience post registration working in a hospital setting.
  • Experience working within paediatric/ICU wards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
