Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods received notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes
- Resolve any discrepancies or queries with suppliers
- Organize and prioritize invoices for authorization and approval
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier account details
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
