Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods received notes, and performing other core duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes
  • Resolve any discrepancies or price queries with the supply chain team and warehouse teams
  • Organize invoices for authorization and liaise with staff to ensure timely approval
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier account details
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve any issues
  • Process staff expense claims for the Group

Requirements

  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach to daily tasks and ad-hoc duties
