Purchase Ledger Clerk

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of high-volume supplier invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Processing: Accurately match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes, resolving any discrepancies or queries with the supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Supplier Query Handling: Respond to and resolve supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Transaction Coordination: Organize invoices for authorization and liaise with staff to ensure timely approval.
- Supplier Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier account details.
- Reconciliation: Undertake monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Communication: Deal with email and telephone queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven experience working in an Accounts Payable team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure.
