Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods received notes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes
  • Resolve any discrepancies or queries with suppliers
  • Organize and prioritize invoices for authorization and approval
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier accounts
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
