Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and goods received notes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes
- Resolve any discrepancies or queries with suppliers
- Organize and prioritize invoices for authorization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier account details
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in an Accounts Payable team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
