Position Overview

Join Boskalis Subsea Services as a Project Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will deliver essential administrative support to the Projects department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Adhering to established Project Administration protocols and guidelines.
  • Providing proactive assistance to project teams in their daily administrative tasks and service requirements.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on both internal and external customer needs.
  • Exhibiting behaviors that align with Boskalis Subsea's core values.
  • Creating and managing correspondence, presentations, agendas, and reports as needed.
  • Overseeing email communications, prioritizing responses appropriately.
  • Coordinating and confirming internal and external meetings.
  • Facilitating meeting logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Documenting meeting minutes and action items as requested.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

To excel as a Project Coordination Specialist, you should possess:

  • A Business Management qualification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Project Administration or as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • The ability to independently manage a diverse workload and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
