Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Early Shifts

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working autonomously or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. You will share your product expertise to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Requirements for Airport Employment:

  • A minimum of 5 years of continuous references is required to obtain an airport pass.
  • A Criminal Records Bureau Check will be conducted by WHSmith upon successful application.
  • Valid photographic identification, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence, is necessary.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

  • Contribute to a successful team environment by driving sales and maintaining high service standards.
  • Utilize your extensive product knowledge to effectively recommend our offerings to customers.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and clean, adhering to marketplace standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail setting.

  • Recent experience in retail sales, particularly in a fast-paced environment, with familiarity in key performance indicators.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues in daily operations.
  • Foster a sense of pride in the store to ensure a safe and compliant environment for both customers and staff.
