Role of a Sales Advisor:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working autonomously or collaboratively to uphold our high store standards.
- Share your extensive product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases.
- Contribute to a positive shopping experience that makes both customers and colleagues proud.
- Five years of continuous references are required to obtain an airport pass, encompassing either employment or educational references without gaps.
- A Criminal Records Bureau Check will be conducted by WH Smith upon successful application.
- Valid photographic identification such as a passport or UK Driving Licence is necessary.
- Be an integral part of a successful team, striving for excellence in sales, service, and operational standards.
- Utilize your product expertise to effectively recommend and sell our offerings to customers.
- Maintain best-in-class presentation standards, ensuring product availability and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members in a dynamic environment, embracing the challenges that arise.
- Recent experience in retail sales or a similar field, ideally in a fast-paced setting, with a solid understanding of key performance indicators.
- Strong communication and listening skills to accurately assess customer needs and guide their product selections.
- A genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences through knowledgeable service.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues in daily operations.
- Foster a sense of pride in the store, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.
