A pivotal role within TAC Healthcare, responsible for delivering HR projects, change management, and employee relations. As a HR Business Partner, you will support the development of the HR function and contribute to major change projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective day-to-day support in all areas of the employee life cycle, including discipline & grievance, absence & performance management, redundancy, reward, talent management, and development.
  • Lead business TUPE requirements, including data collation and consultations.
  • Deliver on acquisitions, integrations, and business sale due diligence and processes.
  • Provide partnered support to multiple business stakeholders, coaching and mentoring managers as needed.
  • Support the training and learning of HR Assistants, Coordinators, and Advisors.
