About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and produce timely reports. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those with physical and mental health conditions, and will be responsible for assessing their functional capacity and providing recommendations for their care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of clients' functional capacity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Produce high-quality reports that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and targets
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Requirements- At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic

- Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
- Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets
- Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access
We offer a flexible working schedule, with contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time). You will have the opportunity to work from home and have a good work-life balance.
