Functional Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the functional capacity of individuals and providing accurate and unbiased reports.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and produce timely reports. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those with physical and mental health conditions, and will be responsible for assessing their functional capacity and providing recommendations for their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of clients' functional capacity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality reports that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
  • Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access
Working Hours

We offer a flexible working schedule, with contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time). You will have the opportunity to work from home and have a good work-life balance.
