**Events and Social Media Marketer**

**Job Location**:
Office based - Penarth (Some travel, both domestic and international, may be required to perform your role effectively, attend company-related events and meet strategic connections.)

We are currently in search of a passionate, proactive, and highly organised individual who will take on the role of Events and Social Media Marketer. This role requires creative problem-solving skills, a dynamic approach to relationship-building, and an understanding of university life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media: Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. This includes crafting engaging content, scheduling daily posts, responding promptly to inquiries, and keeping up with social media trends.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating and attending company events, both online and offline. This includes crafting event social plans, coordinating schedules, tracking attendance, and managing post-event activities.
- LinkedIn Management: Boost brand visibility on LinkedIn through strategic connective measures and regular messaging. Assist with the planning and implementation of LinkedIn marketing strategies, including but not limited to content creation, business connections, engagement initiatives, and analysis of key performance indicators.
- Build Network: Make connections and build relationships with relevant contacts in our focus market.
- Gather Testimonials: Reaching out to existing customers to gather their feedback about Ayoa, in a range of formats; through video, socials, text and get permissions to share online.
- Office-based Tasks: Assist in basic office administration tasks as needed. While the primary focus will be on digital marketing and event support, the ability to adapt and assist in various office tasks is crucial.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management with evidence of account growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand University Lifestyle: Having university experience is a plus to plan and execute marketing strategies targeted towards university students.

**Package**:

- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
- Access to onsite gym
- 22 Days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off if on a workday
- Flexible Hours: Monday - Friday (may require weekend work due to events min 37.5 hours a week)
- Social office areas

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
