Volunteer Administrator

**We are looking for a friendly and reliable volunteer to join our Human Resources team as an Administration Volunteer.**
Working alongside a fun HR team to provide administrative support to help us maximise our newly launched HR system. Ideal for someone at the start of their HR career.
**Considerations**:
Location: Ty Hafan, Hayes Road, Sully, CF64 5XX
Age requirement: 18+
Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday, at least 4.5 hours per week
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for volunteers with a level of administration experience and/or transferable skills
**As a volunteer, you could be involved in various activities depending on your preferences, skills and experience, these include**:
- Support the HR team with administration duties and undertake any other duties required within the HR function
**Support HR Administrator to track hybrid variance.**
- Help to update manual and computerised records including personnel files by scanning, filing and uploading documents
- Undertake recruitment administration as and when required
- Any other duties appropriate with the level of responsibility of this role for which the volunteer has the necessary experience and/or training to complete

- Promote positive employee health and wellbeing through delivering interventions

Tŷ Hafan will provide you with a thorough induction, role specific training and ongoing support from the wider HR team.
You can also access training on relevant modules such as data protection and Safeguarding, with scope to complete other relevant training modules.
