Job Description

Job Title: Change Analyst

Job Summary:

Assystem is a leading international company accelerating the energy transition worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to support the successful implementation of our Programme Change Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Implementation: Assist in implementing and reviewing the Programme Change Management Plan to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Update Change Register: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register reflecting the status of changes within the project.
  • Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Support Change Committee: Assist in managing the Change Committee to ensure smooth decision-making.
  • Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify Trends: Establish and highlight trends in submitted changes for senior team review.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Change Management Principles: Possess a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, challenging and influencing others as needed.
  • Collaboration and Accountability: Collaborate with team members, demonstrating resilience and accountability for delivering targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate commercially astute project management skills.
  • Change Management Certification: Possess Change Management certification (desirable).
  • CEMAR Proficiency: Possess proficiency with CEMAR Contract Management Software (desirable).
  • NEC4 Understanding: Have a basic understanding of NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract or be willing to learn.
