About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at ASSYSTEM. As a key member of our Programme Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Programme Change Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Implementation: Collaborate with the Programme Management team to implement and continually review the Programme Change Management Plan, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Update Change Register: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register, reflecting the status of changes within the project.
  • Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues and minimising disruption to the project.
  • Support Change Committee: Assist in managing the Change Committee, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify Trends: Establish and highlight trends in submitted changes for senior team review, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Change Management Principles: Proven knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing change within complex projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relationship Building: Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborative and resilient, with a strong focus on delivering targets and achieving project success.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially astute, with project management familiarity and experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Change Management Certification: Change Management certification (desirable) and proficiency with CEMAR Contract Management Software (desirable).
  • NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract: Understanding of NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract or willingness to learn.
