About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Programme Change Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Implementation: Collaborate with the project team to implement and continually review the Programme Change Management Plan, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with project objectives.
  • Update Change Register: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Change Register, reflecting the status of changes within the project.
  • Monitor Project Changes: Track all project changes to close-out, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues and minimizing disruptions to the project timeline.
  • Support Change Committee: Assist in managing the Change Committee, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Present Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify Trends: Establish and highlight trends in submitted changes for senior team review, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular reviews of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package, ensuring compliance and optimizing project performance.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Change Management Principles: Possess a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with experience in applying them in a project environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
  • Collaboration and Accountability: Demonstrate a collaborative approach, with a strong sense of accountability for delivering targets and meeting project objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate commercial awareness, with experience in project management and a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Change Management Certification: Possess a Change Management certification, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • CEMAR Contract Management Software: Proficiency with CEMAR Contract Management Software, with experience in using it to manage project portfolios.
  • NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract: Possess a strong understanding of the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract, with experience in applying its principles in a project environment.
