Position Overview:

Are you an enthusiastic professional skilled in overseeing and facilitating transitions? Join our organization as a Change Management Specialist and contribute significantly to the success of our initiatives.

In the role of Change Management Specialist, you will assist in the effective execution of the Programme Change Management Strategy, ensuring that all involved parties are informed about the status of all proposed changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Implementation: Aid in the execution and ongoing assessment of the Programme Change Management Strategy.
  • Maintain Change Log: Ensure the Change Log is up-to-date, accurately reflecting the current status of changes within the initiative.
  • Track Project Modifications: Monitor all project modifications to completion, ensuring prompt resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Assist Change Committee: Support the management of the Change Committee.
  • Report Metrics: Regularly present change metrics to the Senior Project Team.
  • Identify Patterns: Recognize and highlight patterns in submitted changes for senior team evaluation.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Review Project Portfolio: Conduct regular assessments of the Project Portfolio using the CEMAR Contract Management Software.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in cultivating strong relationships, with the capacity to challenge and influence others.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and accountable for achieving objectives.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Commercially aware with a background in project management.
  • Change Management certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CEMAR Contract Management Software (preferred).
  • Understanding of NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract or willingness to learn.
