  • Prepare, record, and analyze invoicing and billing transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to resolve customer and invoicing queries

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade C+
  • AAT qualified or part qualified
  • Knowledge of accounts procedures and computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

  • Good customer service ethos and flexible approach to tasks
