Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Data Science to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our data science efforts and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing data science team to deliver business-critical projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data science strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Maxwell Bond remains at the forefront of data science innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data science initiatives align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior-level data scientist or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (Ph.D. or Master's preferred).
