Chief Financial Officer - The Role:

The role is a key member of the UK's Senior Leadership Team, responsible for all financial matters including reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. You will be providing input into all mergers and acquisitions activity from a financial perspective, whilst ensuring a best-in-class financial department. You will contribute toward the strategic direction of the business and help drive a high-performance culture across the organisation.

Chief Financial Officer - Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial support to the CEO, setting the overall financial strategy and making significant contributions to the overall business strategy

Lead on the communication of day-to-day business operations from a financial perspective

Ensure the timely and accurate production of key reports and metrics to key internal stakeholders

Maintain control of all financial systems and processes within the business, ensuring continuous improvement of the entire function

Chief Financial Officer - You:

Fully qualified accountant with previous experience of working in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector

Strong knowledge and experience of working with FCA and PRA approved organisations

Sound commercial knowledge and data analysis skills

Results-oriented and able to make financial recommendations to improve overall business performance

Prior experience of working within a fast-growing organisation
