Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Executive at Crown, you will play a pivotal role in fostering growth within a designated sales territory. Your primary objective will be to cultivate new business prospects while effectively managing current client relationships.

We are in search of candidates with a solid background in Materials Handling, ideally within the Fork Lift sector.

Your responsibilities will cover the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to finalizing agreements. Successful territory management, along with your diligent work ethic and consultative selling style, will be essential for achieving your goals.

We seek individuals with a demonstrated history of success in sales, particularly in the electric warehousing equipment industry or a similar field. Attributes such as career stability and a dedication to high standards are qualities we highly value.

Candidate Profile

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Materials Handling sector, preferably in the Fork Lift industry.
  • Proven skills in developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong account management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Outstanding presentation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Commercial insight and a solution-focused sales approach.
  • Numerical proficiency.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Position Details

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week, with flexibility as required.

Compensation:

Competitive salary structure with commission and bonus opportunities.

Company Vehicle:

Provided, including benefits for private mileage.
