Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Energy Manager to enhance all qualifying properties to achieve an EPC C rating by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions by 2050, in alignment with our Asset Management Strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all incoming EPC and energy data, uploading it to our database systems without delay.
  • Analyze property energy data to formulate plans for significant improvement projects.
  • Conduct Retrofit assessments and provide support to the team by performing Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure surveys as needed.
  • Carry out inspections to assess work requirements, ensuring that relevant reports and work orders are generated and that projects progress according to specifications and timelines.
