* Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely completion and quality standards
* Develop and implement a detailed project plan to meet the client's requirements
* Manage and motivate a team to achieve success
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in new build housing and volume schemes
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong programming and IT skills
