We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for our established branch to assist in sourcing candidates through diverse methods for temporary industrial and commercial roles.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging vacancy profiles and advertisements to maximize response rates
  • Effectively sourcing and selecting candidates, aligning them with current roles and potential future opportunities
  • Representing the company during interviews and briefings, ensuring professionalism and thorough information capture
  • Managing candidate files and records, including registrations and data uploads to relevant systems
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive induction materials
  • Maintaining documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards, promoting safe and consistent working practices
  • Welcoming all visitors, candidates, and clients
  • Communicating essential information accurately and providing timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Reviewing payroll and client-specific reports, addressing any discrepancies as needed
