Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent.
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline.
- Production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans.
- Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Salary basic up to £32k basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus.
