We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for our established branch to assist in sourcing candidates through diverse strategies for temporary industrial and commercial roles.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging job postings and vacancy profiles to maximize applicant response
  • Effectively sourcing and evaluating candidates, aligning them with current and future job openings
  • Representing the company during interviews and briefings, ensuring professionalism and thorough information gathering
  • Managing candidate records and documentation, including registrations and data entry into relevant systems
  • Preparing and delivering onboarding materials
  • Maintaining documentation to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and company standards, promoting safe and consistent practices
  • Welcoming visitors, candidates, and clients
  • Communicating essential information accurately and providing timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Reviewing payroll and client-specific reports, addressing any discrepancies as needed
